Description:

Compact disk is not loaded to recording device or this disk is not supported by device.

Advice:

Check that compact disk is loaded in device. Check correct reading or writing device was selected in DVD/CD Toys tool. Make sure that used device supporting this type of disks. Try to replace disk.
